BrandedQR – Cancellation and withdrawal

1. What this page covers

This page explains how to end a paid BrandedQR subscription.

There are two different actions:

  • Withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing, for consumers.
  • Cancellation of renewal after that, so the plan is not charged again.

The free plan has no subscription charge. You can stop using it at any time.

2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Italy or the European Economic Area, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

This follows the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Articles 52 and following), which applies the EU rules on consumer rights.

The 14 days start on the day the subscription contract is concluded.

3. How to withdraw

While the 14 days are still open, sign in and open Billing. Use Withdraw and request a refund.

You can also withdraw by a clear statement sent to gilson@grbsystem.com from the email on the account. Include your name and say that you are withdrawing from the BrandedQR subscription.

The Billing button is enough. You do not have to use a particular form.

4. What withdrawal does

When a withdrawal is valid:

  • The paid plan ends immediately.
  • Paid features, including dynamic QR codes where they depend on an active Business plan, stop with the plan.
  • We refund the charge for that subscription period when Stripe can refund it.
  • If an automatic refund does not complete, contact gilson@grbsystem.com and we will finish it.

5. Cancelling renewal

After 14 days, or if you do not want a refund and only want to stop the next charge, cancel renewal.

Sign in, open Billing, and use Cancel renewal. You can also do this in the Stripe customer portal from Manage in Stripe portal.

Cancellation of renewal means:

  • You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • The subscription is not charged again.
  • When that period ends, the account returns to the free plan.

6. Stripe portal

Manage in Stripe portal opens Stripe’s page for the card on file, invoices, and cancellation of renewal.

It is not a separate product. It is the payment page for the same subscription. Withdrawal within 14 days is done on the BrandedQR Billing page, or by email, because that action includes the refund.

The button is available after a paid subscription has created a Stripe customer.
