BrandQR lets you create branded QR codes for free. An account is optional for a single download — and useful when you work with brands regularly.

Why create an account?

You can design and download without signing up. An account unlocks continuity and paid features:

  • Save designs — keep colors, logo settings, and content so you can reopen and re-export later (no hunting old files).
  • Projects — organize by client or campaign (e.g. “Café menus”, “Summer posters”).
  • Dashboard — one place to find every saved code instead of scattered downloads.
  • Upgrade path — Billing unlocks Pro / Business when you need dynamic QR codes and scan analytics.

An account does not keep static QR codes “alive” on our servers. After you download PNG, SVG, or PDF, that file works on its own.

Static vs dynamic (tell clients this)

  • Static — the QR encodes your real link or content. It keeps working forever, even offline, without BrandQR.
  • Dynamic — the QR encodes a BrandQR short link. You can change where it goes and see scans. It needs BrandQR (and Business) to keep redirecting.

  1. One poster, free: Generator → design → download → print. No account.
  2. Same brand every week: Sign up → save designs in a project → reopen from Dashboard.
  3. Campaign that may change: Business → create dynamic link → design QR with the redirect URL → edit destination later.
